The bathrooms include vinyl tile floors, vanity and ceramic wainscot. The laundry rooms are equipped with washer/dryer hook-up and the heating is gas-fired forced air and central air conditioning has been added. Other amenities include a meeting room, on-site management/maintenance personnel, lawn care and on-site day care center.
